No a super picky Desi guy so this place has all the spices, pulses, dried chilis and instant meals I need for my vege diet. Some very interesting looking vegetables, but I'll stick with my carrots and potatoes. Definite stop when I'm in the neighborhood!

Small store. But very friendly staff and good assortment. Would be great if they can expand their refrigerated section but I understand it's a function of the square footage. Slightly higher pricing but well worth it if you want to avoid driving several miles to a bigger grocery store.
I've been trying to get my hands on the freshest Turmeric root specifically for my juicing for the longest. All it took was a phone call to find out if Bhavik- on Rt 119 in Elmsford carries the root....and I was in after that. Negative reviews mention the lack of freshness in their hot items and vegetables. But the good news I felt- everything at Bhavik from rices, Lentils, dry beans, some spices, the few vegetables and refrigerated items- are easy to find and under one roof. Plus I had no issue with the Turmeric. And the unexpected Lychees right when I was checking out were a nice surprise, fresh and super sweet! For Indian basics, I think Bhavik is a nice option. Service was pleasant and I found what I was really looking for.
I've been coming here for years and it has been great having an Indian grocery store in the Westchester area that is always fully stocked with a wide collection of items from fresh fruits and veggies to grains and spices! The staff is always helpful when I need to find something in a hurry and very professional. Will always continue coming here!
Indian grocery stores aren't common in Westchester County (that's why I miss NJ so much!!) We found this tiny place that carries the basics and has really become our savior.
